I've got already more than a year my DJ RMX console of Hercules. But since couple of weeks, my crossfader is stuck I think. At Virtual DJ my crossfader shakes all the time but I don't do anything with it on my console? Can is disable the crossfader so it don't involve my mixing anymore?

It may be faulty and/or damaged. If it is under warranty and has developed a fault, please contact the manufacturer Hercules http://ts.hercules.com for advice.
If you upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Professional, you can simply delete the mapping for the crossfader if you do not need it. You can also customise any of the other button mappings to suit your own preferences if you wish.
Assuming that it is not second hand or the discount has not already been used, your RMX DJ Console entitles you to a significant discount off upgrading to VirtualDJ Professional. To receive this, please go to http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html and enter your DJ Console software serial number in the box provided.
