Sujet: Garbled Music

I have the VirtualDJ all set up but when I drag and drop a song into either deck and push play the sound is garbled.
What am I doing in correctly or what is it that I need to do to get the music to play clearly. Every other audio device
I have works and sounds fine so I'm sure it's not my sound card. Seems like a configuration issue.
Can someone help me with this?

Nevermind.......after some searching around I discovered that it needed me to assign a sound card to it and it's working well now.
