Sujet: M-Audio Fast Track Pro

Anyone have it? How do you like it? Do you recommend it?

Used one for years, great card.
 
I use one in my studio for pro tools, VDJ and others I love it..
 
I Have an NRV-10 Mixer with software for all the possiblilities, I'm lovin' it...

A bit (or way) out of my price range.
But that looks pretty amazing to me.
One day.....
 
I would use it only as a backup to some other device. It will shut down on you if subjected to static electricity as has happened to me. I recommend the Gigaport over this, although the sound quality on the Fast Track is better. The Gigaport is cheaper and more reliable.
 
I used it for a very long time while using the DAC-3 and never had a problem. I own the regular Fast Track, Fast Track Pro and the new Fast Track Ultra. These interfaces have been moved to studio duty in several computers and I now use the HC4500.

As would any sound card, but it might be something else like a non legal version shutting down on you.
