It has a time limit. Only works for 14 hours or less then stops. It happens like clockwork every Sunday night when I work my double shift. Dunno why but it stops playing the clips. Even Random plugin still works but clips stop playing. ???
Any Suggestions???
DJ James
Only way I can make it work again is to restart Virtual DJ.

i do double shifts also , every sun and monday .....
i see some clipbank glitches , but i haven't seen the glitch you have......
the main problem i would like to fix is the clip speeding up after the video ends .....
the "change it to mp4" doesn't work because many vids are already mp4
"remove the audio" didn't work either ??

I would like to mention that if your file name uses special characters like "ñ" then will give you an load error.
Hopefully it will save someone time trying to figure out why their file wont load.

The only way you will see this glitch is if you run it for 14 hours straight. Just don't understand why it would stop working at exactly the same time every week. 1:50 PM central time clip bank stops. Does it every week. Can set your watch by it.
This is not a load error. Vids are already loaded and working fine all night long. I can always restart VDJ or switch to another effect as this is not a major problem. Very minor bug but thought I would point it out.
And yes I really hate that fast forward to the end of the clip that happens after playing a vid. It's especially bad when you have a long video clip or several clips that you have pasted together to last for a long time. Thats why I use the random clipbank and keep my clips short. It would be so much nicer if clipbank would just start the vid over from the beginning as soon as it engages so that it doesn't do that fast forward thing. This has been talked about many times before on this board but no one is working on fixing it so I think we are stuck with it as it is.

C'mon guys, 14 hours to the minute, and you have a problem? As far as I know, software does not have a clock. It is also not affected by heat. I would bet that you have something scheduled to happen at that time on your computer. You may not know what it is, but it's happening. Some kind of update or scan, check it out. I have worked doubles of 14, 15, and 16 hours and have not had this happen. We all have the same software, only our machines are different. I just can't see the clip-bank developer putting a time limit on this plug in.

This has nothing to do with this but I remember in some version (I believe 4) where after a few hours of play (4 or so) the audio would all the sudden become white noise and you had to restart the software.
I'm not saying that there is a problem with clip bank but time can be a factor in certain bugs.

I thought this was due to using a cracked version then installing a legal version on top of it?

lol I'm sure most bugs at some point where blamed on pirated version one way or another. The good thing was that an update released fixed it.
