Just got my unit. i installed the asio drivers from cd, using virtual 7.0.2 and when i turn on virtual dj it says "Cant Start Program Missing D3DX9_36.DLL from computer. try reinstalling program to fix this problem."
which i did and i still get it. i was using the denon 4500 before and no problems.
can anyone help?
my system is windows 7 pro 64bit, 8gb rams, quad core, 1gb ati 5870 ddr5, 7200rpm 64mb cache hardrive.

First, search your PC to check if the DLL is on your system somewhere...
On mine it's in C:\Windows\system32
If it's not anywhere on your system, you should easily be able to find somewhere to download it from.
It's a Microsoft DirectX file, so another option is for you to download and install DirectX again, from MS (Google for dxwebsetup).

Download and install Microsoft DirectX 9c from the following location:

Just hooked up MC6000...Cannot cue music using the CUE buttons.
Have to turn up slider and move Cue Pan towards master to hear anything.
Any ideas>
Also, what are the correct settings in the SOUND SETUP Menu?
IINPUT ...?
OUTPUT?...
SOUND CARD? (Sometimes the Sound Card Drop down menu shows DENONMC600 / other times
it shows DENON DJ ASIO DRIVER...I get sound with both settings?
