No it's not.
We had to choose once for all what apply in what order.
Atomix used to behave like the real world: it applies pitch first, then loops, then scratches, then effects, then volume/equalisations.
In virtualDJ, I changed that, so now it's first effects, then loop, then pitch, then scratch, then volume/equalisation.
I think it gives more possibility in the effect, since now the effect engine has access to the whole song, and not just the small buffer which has already been pitched/looped/scratched
But the drawback is that in certain circumstances, it might behave not exactly like you would expect, like in this case.
