Sujet: VDJ doesn't respond to service tickets wtf!!

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

I posted a service ticket on Nov 10th and here we are two months later and still no responce. Can anyone tell me why we arent getting support?

I'm sure you will get an answer as soon as possible.

Maybe they didn't have a answer for your problem.

Did you wrote your problem also here?

BTW: If you don't use the actual 7.0.2, give it a try.
For me this version is the best ever.
 

I wrote the problem here too. the software crashes every single day! using ns7. it crashes after about 1/2 hour and then will run smooth for the rest of the night after re-starting it. I'm so frustrated with this. it started happening when version 7 came out.
 

Try going back to the previous version. Or... Try another controller or.... Try different software...?

Your last open ticket was 24th December 2010 and it's something we internally follow but as it's related to debug & developpement, we can't answer you for the moment .
 

I opened the ticket in november, then I posted crash reports and followup info. thats why it shows december on it. One revision later and two and a half months later still no solution. Actually i found a solution. not practical but this is what i do. I get to the club a whole hour earlier. run the program in auto mode and wait... half an hour later it crashes. after that Its smooth sailing. I wish virtual dj would get on this bug and finally solve it. Keep us posted too. at least say "we're working on it" lol Silence just makes it look like you forgot about the service ticket.
