Sujet: VDJ 7.0.2- HERCULES RMX- Timecode Vinyl

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

I've been pulling my hair out the last couple days trying to get my timecoded vinyl to work.

I use 7.0.2 with Hercules, using Serato vinyl.

For some reason, I can't get a signal. All i get is "Silence".

Timecoded vinyl used to be so simple, it seems to me the Set Up is more complicated then it was back in earlier versions.

Any tips or advice??

Like for instance... I cant find "Noisemap" like I used to use when using the serato vinyl. Is it an old vinyl by any chance? It doesnt form a circle like it should. It barely even registers. So baffled

Lets Start with the Basics,
1. Do you have the little switch on the rear of RMX to Phone or Line ?
2. Oh and I would also recommend using the USB port closet to you to plug-in your RMX, in some article I read Mac them selves have been caught say that is the best for audio latency.
3. Judging from your picture; you gain internally looks way to high.
4. are all your RCA Cable plug in Correctly in-puts/ Out-puts or plugged in backward left RCA cable/ in right RCA in-puts e etc, etc.
5. I see you got your in-puts as time coded vinyl, What do you have your out-puts as External Mix and you have the Sound Card Set to Hercules RMX.
I'm not try to be funny, most of the time problems like these are really simple, something we might have over looked.
