Sujet: Problem with serial number

Hi all..
I just purchased an American audio VMS4.. i installed the software on my laptop and then i had problems with my sound card i entered the serial i tried using to VMS4 but it wouldn't move and then i tried using my Desktop but the serial number on the cd wouldn't register the product so i made an account to check my serial and then it told me that the serial wad already used any explanations

Unless you have two VMS4s you've already registered the software, hence the VMS4 icon under your username.
 
I'm sorry but i don't understand does this mean i have to use the laptop?? and if yes is there a way to unregister it to the laptop
 
You have already registered the VMS4 to your account.

You can download the software again at any time from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

NOTE: The End User License Agreement (EULA) allows you to have the software installed on up to two computers at any one time, providing that they are both for your own personal use and will not be used simultaneously (E.g: Second installation as a backup or for practising at home is OK, allowing a friend or another DJ to use it is NOT allowed.)

You may also uninstall the software from an old computer and then install it onto a new computer.

NOTE: If you intend to sell, give away or dispose of an old computer, you must remove VirtualDJ from it first.

I uninstalled it from my laptop but i tried to reinstall it a dozen times on my Pc and every time the software askes me for the serial number i provide it but when i open CONFIG i'm asked to upgrade to pro and i'm told that i've used my 20 days trial !!!!
 
Guys can somebody please answer me i had the vms4 for 3 days now and still can't use it :((((((((((

But does the VDJ LE software allow you to enter config?

You've had your answer already.

You can't register your serial on the forum because *you* have already registered it. If you hadn't, you wouldn't show up as a licensed user and you wouldn't have the VMS4 logo under your name.

If the software won't accept your serial then something else is wrong and you need to contact support. The forum is not the appropriate place for that discussion.
