I had originally tried the home version and had no problems whatsoever. I purchased the pro version as I am a mobile DJ/VJ and wanted to be able to use the software with a projector. I have searched on the forums and have not found anything that has helped - everytime I use sonique the program (VDJ) locks up on me, and I am forced to end the process. What do I need to do in order to get this to work without problems? I can't have it doing this while on a gig as it is a royal pain, and would look extremely unprofessional.
My system information is:
Gateway SX2801
Pentium Dual Core CPU E550 @ 2.80 Ghz 2.80 Ghz
6gb Ram
64 Bit
Intel GMA X4500MHD Integrated Graphics
This is a slimline desktop PC.
Any help is EXTREMELY appreciated! I am just hoping I didn't waste $299 buying the software!

Make sure that you are using the certified plugins only: http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/4207/72_Sonique_Visual_plugins_certified.html
If you use uncertified plugins, then you may experience problems, especially if you also have WinAmp installed.

Ok I did that - and ended up deleting all but three of the visualizations! Is there some sort of error report or hang app report that I would be able to post here? I know DiscoXT has one (That's the software I used prior to VDJ). Any help is appreciated!!

Hmmm, thats werid, anyways go into your VDJ folder and look for a file named "Crashguard Report". Copy that and post it, DJCel or someone will check it out. You wont get an answer right away but I'm sure they'll report back.

Hmm - there is no file called crashguard, although there is an application for it. The program (VDJ) hasn't shut down on it's own - it just totally locks up so I can't do anything, and then I am forced to end process
