is it possiible that the crossfader on the vms4 work like a normal crossfader or does it just work by bringing the volume controls up and down.only because when ii can only mix with the vms4 by using the 2 channel controls if not not matter where the mix crossfader is at you can hear both tracks through the speakers thx

Use the ASSIGN CH A and CH B (crossfader assigns) from the front side of your VMS4 to assign which chanel will be your left and which your right side.
