Ok, I know I posted here about a year ago and never made the leap to purchase VDJ but I have done a few gigs using my friends gear (Mixdeck & VDJ on HP Computer) I am about 2 purchase the Mixtrack Pro which comes with a LE version VDJ but I have been looking around at some of these skins here and I know I would want some of those so in order to download some of those which version would I need 2 purchase. Not sure if it matters but I am using a Macbook Pro. And will the version that I need 2 purchase be completely compatible with the mixtrack pro because I want to benefit from all of the features of the unit.

I was afraid of that lol. Looks like I'll be on LE until I get a couple of gigs under my belt. I see the latest version is 7. Is that for Windows & Mac?? sorry for all the questions just want 2 make sure that when I do buy pro that I can use my controller with it cuz with all of my research on the net I see that u have 2 have at least the Pro version 6.1 to use a controller & I just want 2 make sure that the Mac OSX version is up 2 that level.

VirtualDJ is the hottest AUDIO and VIDEO mixing software. Go with the PRO version

7.0.2 is the current version for both Windows and Mac. In addition, having the LE version of VDJ with the controller means that you can upgrade to PRO for a discounted price.

Hey, thx everyone for all the responses......Once I get my mixtrack pro I will see how much it costs me 2 upgrade.

Shhhh, don't tell anybody I told you this, but Pro users never have to pay for updates, upgrades, bug fixes, or any other enhancements. Just keep that between me and you, or is it you and I?
