Sujet: Stolen Hercules MK4 serial code

so i bought a hercules mk4 and when i installed vdj le on my pc it said the code is already in use . . . i tried it multiple times and it says it everytime. . . then i went on here and tried to put in the code again and it says that the code is already in use . . . so someone stole my serial code, what do i do now, how to i get my le membership now
