I was very excited to hear the update supports 4 decks but so far I have no clue how to get four. I saw an updated Hercules Mapper that I downloaded but its a notepad, it takes no action. At this point any input will help.

Firstly you need to use a skin that supports the number of decks you want.
Then you need to configure your sound configuration to output the decks how you want.
Then you can map your controller to control extra decks if you want. Mapper XML files go in the Mappers folder in your Documents\VirtualDJ folder.
