HI so i have just got me Virtual DJ pro,
But i have been playing around with a Mixtrack pro and the LE version for a month now.
In the past i have been using SAM to broadcast but i now feel that I'm comfy to move onto
my Mixtrack pro and Virtual DJ pro but, I use a Logitech Webcam as my mic to talk over my broadcast
and this is the first time i have gotten problems with it using Virtual DJ.
Every time i go to talk my voice comes out distorted and mumbled and I'm not to sure if you can fix that
or if there is driver conflict with Mixtrack or software. I can record my self fine on other software its just
Virtual DJ that does it.
My sound options in windows (XP)
- Sound playback : Mixtrack
- Sound recording : USB Audio device ( logitech webcam )
the volume for both is turned up.
My sound options in Virtual DJ
- Advance config
- Headphones : Mixtrack : output 5&6
- Master : Mixtrack : output 7&8
- Microphone : USB Audio device
I can cue music in my headphones with headphones connected to Mixtrack
and hear the master audio from my speakers connected to the Mixtrack
and the audio that gets streamed out is fine
but when i go to speak the sound comes out distorted and I'm sure i have set everything up right, right?
i just want to know what to do and if its not supported in Virtual DJ then what should i buy?
as i really don't want to go out spending more and more just to end up with problems that don't work for me.
I know Mixtrack pro has a mic in but it goes out of the audio out from the Mixtrack so only i will hear it from my speakers.
