well i think the drivers are on the cd and them you can download from hercules site. is it second hand?

If the console is second-hand, you will need to purchase VirtualDJ Professional to be able to use it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
VirtualDJ licenses cannot be sold, given or transferred to another user. Doing so is a violation of the End User License Agreement.
The latest Hercules drivers and firmware can be downloaded from http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common_Device_Drivers.html
You can also try the RMX with Home FREE for 10 minutes at a time: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html
