This is my setup:
2 Numark NDX800, Numark m6 USB mixer, DJ I/O soundcard, MBP, VDJ Pro.
So i hook up the NDX800 to computer via Midi mode and run sound card to mixer channel 2 and 3. I set up mixer to channel 2 and 3 and and play a song out of both decks on VDJ. This is the problem... The song playing out of the second deck plays out of both channel 2 and 3.
My settings on VDJ are
INPUTS: NONE
OUTPUTS: External Mixer - DECK 1- Left Channel DECK 2- Right Channel
SOUND CARD- MONO SEPARATE- Numark USB AUDIO DEVICE.

If you are using the sound card in the M6 USB mixer, then this is a single stereo sound card hard-wired to channel 3. The mono separate option will not work with this and is not recommended for Pro use anyway because it will only give you MONO sound.
To be able to output the left and right decks to two separate channels of the mixer in STEREO, you will need a suitable DJ sound card with at least two stereo such as Numark DJIO, Native Instruments Audio 2 DJ, etc.
