I just got the Hercules MK4 and installed it on my laptop windows 7 and when I am playing music with virtual DJ, the music has this crackling noise and when I load another song on B side the noise gets worst and the song slows up a bit. However, when i use it on my PC, which has windows XP, it works fine. Can someone please help me. this is driving me crazy

Skipping, stuttering and other sound break-up/glitches are caused by performance issues with your computer and/or incorrect configuration in VirtualDJ.
