I just downloaded the free version of the program to see hwo it works and look at the potential of it. I am in the though of maybe beggining a service of small parties and karioke. Im looking at the program and my first doubt is what is the general rule as to what is people using to store the music on the computer ( i know the question is very basic but just want to be sure) if i got itunes i can use that + another program to load music in the program? or do I just put a CD in the computer and virtual dj will get it into it? Again I know the question is very basic but just want to be sure whats best to use so once i start gettign music and karioke files im safe. thanks ahead of time for answers.

VDJ will play your audio cds through the software but I believe it is better, a rule of thumb, to have your music in wav or mp3 on your internal or external harddrive.
I personally have all my music and videos on one external harddrive hooked to my laptop.

Virtual DJ integrates your iTunes library, so all the music you add there will also show up in Virtual DJ.
