I have the same, I tried to install but the installation gets the problem. it was the first installation

alguien tiene una solucion a este problema, adquiri un hercules dj4set y me sale este mensaje..ayuda por favor...!! quiero instalar mi programa..!! si alguien tiene respuesta, please escriba a : XXXXXXXXXXX GRACIAS.
