Help!!! I currently have a hercules rmx and have recently bought an American Audio radius 1000 to go with it. What I really want to know is how do I map the radius with the rmx so that when I press the source 1 button on the rmx, the deck A slider works with the radius, along with all the pitch controls? This would be when the radius is in midi mode and connected to the rmx with rca cables and to the laptop with the usb.
Also is there anyway of being able to use the rmx as a mixer and controller whilst the cdj is in cd mode so again I can use the volume slider and pitch controls to control the sound coming out of the radius but at the same time use the rmx to load songs onto the vdj program?
Feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Yep... you would hit the aux button or map a button to "deck 1 linein" to get the line in from the cd player, but you will need the pro version to be able to map the radius if you want to use that as a controller for vdj.

If you wish to use the Radius as a MIDI controller to control VirtualDJ, then you will need to upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Professional at a discount by going to http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
DJ Console Edition for Hercules RMX will only work with the RMX console.
If you simply want to play an audio CD in the Radius with the sound going through the RMX like a mixer, then simply plug it into the line inputs on the back of the RMX and then press the SOURCE button of the appropriate deck to enable/disable the input.
Please note that the RMX is not a real analogue DJ mixer so this cannot be used as an emergency backup solution - The RMX and the line input will cease to work if your need to shutdown/restart your computer and/or VirtualDJ.
Assuming that it is not second hand or the discount has not already been used, your RMX DJ Console entitles you to a significant discount (50%) off upgrading to the full VirtualDJ Professional.
