I'm switching my laptops about 10 times during one year because of my job and one thing just popped in my eyes. Every time I pick a HP one and install VDJ, there are serious issues vith video playback on them. Video stream lags all the time, it's just like a little bit faster picture slideshow. And this is happening only on HP ones. The last three I remember were HP 620, Pavilion G6 and Pavilion G7, all of them with 3 GB RAM. The other brands I remeber were Toshiba, Fujitsu, Dell... and all of them had no issues at all, even with less RAM (2 GB each). I'm not djing, just doing some researches with Flash and stuff. Did anyone else noticed this with HP's?

Don't use Hp at all, but their printers are Top's, I've seen a lot of complaints about HP, Try GameBooster to shut down background services you don't need, this will help, also if the drive is 5400 rpm that also could bring about some video issues 7200 rpm is good for video, maybe upgrade the Ram to 4 gig will also help...
Good Luck,
