Sujet Custom mappings revert to default when I close VDJ

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

I just bought VDJ7 and love it but I'm having troubles remapping my Hercules mp3e2 and Korg NanoPad. I want to remap the mp3e2 to control loops, effects, and effect sliders, and the nanopad for hot cues and the sampler. I went through and remapped it all the way i wanted it then when I opend VDJ today all the mappings where back to default settings. How do I remap these controllers!!! Both are embedded in VDJ so i cant just remove the mappings.

I'm also having problems with the simple MIDI wrapper. It will recognize the mp3e2 but it wont "learn" any pads on the NanoPad.
When I map a button from the mp3e2 it still performs the action from the default mapping.
e.x. I map the low eq to an effect slider and it moves both the eq and the slider. How can I easily remap these controllers to do what i want and keep those settings..

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

try downloading one of the use made mappers and placing it in the mappers file so you have a new xml file that you can edit.

Thanks for the quick response. I got the mp3e2 mapped. Still can't get the nanopad mapped but I think it has something to do with korg editor. I'll figure it out. Thanks again!!
