How in the effing world do you map the Tab Key function (switching the selected deck) to a frigging MIDI mapping.
I've tried using Action Learn and selecting the PFL box, which puts "select" in the action field. This doesn't work.
What do I need to do to get the button on my trigger pad to change the currently selected deck??? =T

First, please be more polite when posting messages. There are many knowledgeable users in our community but they are less likely to want to help you if you are rude and/or offensive.
Second, you will need to purchase the full VirtualDJ Professional to be able to use MIDI controllers such as the trigger pad: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - Home FREE does not support MIDI controllers except for 10 minutes at a time as a trial of the full VirtualDJ Pro.
To toggle between the decks, you will need to use the following:
deck active select
Or you can select a specific deck using:
deck 1 select
deck 2 select
...etc...
For basic instructions on how to add or change a mapping, please see:
