Sujet: Which laptop should I replace?

I have two and want to replace one of them with a new one that I'm not sure of yet. I mostly do music videos and some karaoke. I have been using #1 mostly as my main, just because it is black and nicer looking (my preference). #1 has my FireText on but that can be switched if need be.

#1 - HP Pavilion (newer)
Windows 7 ultimate, AMD dual core 2.0, Turion 64x2 TL 60
3g ram, 32 bit
NVIDIA Geforce 715m/n Force 630M 64MB dedicated ram


#2 - HP Pavilion (older)
Windows XP, Centrino duo, T2300 @ 1.66
1g ram
INTEL 945 GM 128MB dedicated ram

If you ask me its a no brainer, replace #2!

Is this a trick question?
 
Well, my thoughts were that #1 only has a small amount of dedicated video ram. The system ram on #2 can be upgraded naturally. Then there was the difference between either AMD or Centrino.
 
Well the question should be how does #1 perform for you? If it performs well then Keep it and replace #2 as its older technology.
