I hope I put this thread in the right place. But here is my problem. I mapped out my ddm400 in virtual Dj 5.2 and It works great in midi but I also just upgraded to the Denon's 3700's so i have to use a newer version of VDJ...The 3700's work great until my computer freezes up or I switch the a cd or usb mode the all hell breaks lose and I have to reboot VDJ. Plus in VDJ I can not get the crossfader to work in midi mode for some strange reason. it works fine in version 5.2 but in version 7. I can't get a response evern when I try to map it out in the midi wrapper notthing happens...when I call VDJ they told me to just run the mixer like any other none midi mixer and that is fine if all you do is mix music...but I don't I often play video's on the projector at my local club and Version 7 is no good to me if I have to crossfade with a dam mouse. But then I lose all my bells and whistles running in version because I have to run the 3700's in hybird mode so it's like I can not have my cake and eat it too. All this equipment cost to much to be stuck with one or not the other what is the point of having a midi mixer and midi turntables if I can't use the both at the sametime. Any help or suggestions would be most greatful. I am a pro user my laptop is a compaq f700 model with 4gigs of ram and 160 gig hard drive and my music is on a 500 gig external drive. Please help

I think from reading other posts, the crossfader only works as an audio crossfader or a midi crossfader but not both at the same time... I would check what setting you have in the mixer
