I used 9 inch remix and liked a lot of what they had but after a couple months on their highest level plan i ran out of tracks i.e I had downloaded at least one version of every track they had. IIRC they show they have about 5,000 songs but there are several versions of most songs so the entire library is probably a little less than 1,000 titles.

I have to vent a little bit on Yourremix.com. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I loved this music source. For me they had an easy site to navigate around and lots of clean edits(wedding dj). I looked at other music sites but this was my favorite. To close up and disappear without any explanation or apologies to me is a sign of a rank amatuer! It is a little worrisome that they have my billing info and I have no way to formally cancel my subscription with them. Yourremix is probably unfairly attacked by the music industry but I expect them to give us their side of the story-I don't think that is asking too much. Yourremix it's time to man-up!

Well the website is directed to a new site. Dj drops. Which unfortunately does nothing for me. Anyone know of a site similar to this. That is worth it.

Just messages someone from your remix.com which is now djdrops. And iasked if they will have any music in the future and they said no sir sorry. Guess that website is done

I stopped my auto payment via Paypal. Its a good thing they shut down after I maxed out of my downloads, but they still owe me a custom video drop :(

I don't know how to spell it correctly, but does anybody know who "the music femmes" from yourremix.com are.... I really liked there cumbia remixes and I want to see if there still around. If not does anybody know where I can get good cumbia remixes? Thanks!!1

So where are you going to purchase your music now?

Yeah, I went with 9 inch remix-the site is okay but does not have the all-around content I was used to in Yourremix. Still looking for a site the has remixed versions of country, latin, rock, as well as dance music.

Pool or PPD?

Either pool or ppd would be fine-but I rather would do a pool. I also had 8th wonder and I liked their videos but the music content was just average.

By the way, they were on the Black Thursday file that had all the sites that were getting either investigated or blacklisted.
Almost ALL the filesharing sites (rapidshare, megaupload, mediafire, etc.) are on there, as well as most music sites that have a significant amoutnt of members. Crooklyn Clan was on that list too, but I havent heard anything about them going down.

So I think yourremix.com has been SHUT down, and therefore probably didn't have a chance to say "Sorry, but we're going byebye". So it's not their fault entirely. They probably don't have access to their servers at all, and therefore do not have a way to get in touch with anyone that used their site. This also means that they probably don't have your billing information.

So what is a good replacement for yourremix.com because every other site i have looked at isn't even close comparison! I need some help finding something with good music videos its really taking a toll on my dj library!

Also can i say ... it would be great if our damn government would stop worrying about who is selling what music and actually worry about the matters at hand like our economy is SHIT!! With that said ... HELP!!
