i cant honestly see that happening, that would mean the end of tv streams, youtube, spotify, metacafe love film, etc etc...theres a huge amount of corporate companies that make billions per year from media streaming. its those businesses that will fight against such a pointless act.
i wouldnt really orry about it to be honest. though on another note, this is the government......hell, they would force grannys to work in munitions factories again if it wasnt for human rights.
