Sujet: Netsearch is currently down

I had a Netsearch login issue and customer support chat said the following:

ACW: We are very Sorry for the inconvenience, we are working to get this up and running again, seem a problem in the main server. Netsearch not working for the moment. Our technicians are working to get it fixed as fast as possible
