new user to VDJ (previously used vestax spin with algoridden Djay cause of its simplicity... specifically to avoid headaches like this..)
But the time has come for more functionality, hence VDJLE
I have.

Typhoon
VDJLE
As I said, both sides/jogwheels controlling the left deck on VDJ. How do I fix this?
Thank you

Go to CONFIG -> Mappers, click on the button to the right of the drop-down list and choose the option to assign controllers.
NOTE: You will need to purchase the full VirtualDJ Professional to use MIDI controllers such as Vestax Typhoon: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
It can be tried for 10 minutes at a time in Home FREE: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html

Thank you for your response.
"You can activate virtual DJ's for a period of 20 days." under advanced options in setup. I have currently done this. I would LOVE to purchase the pro edition after this 20 day trial, but twice I have wanted to switch to VDJ and had some sort of issue with setup. I just want it to work!
Also, I have already selected "Typhoon" from drop down list.
All functions on controller still only and have ever worked on the left deck. I have also tried changing skins. (but guessing this wouldn't help)

Once you have selected the Typhoon in Config -> Mappers, you need to click on the button to the right of the drop-down list, choose Deck Assignment and make sure that it is assigned to Left & Right or Deck 1 & 2 depending on your preference.
Also, click on the reset to factory settings button at the bottom-left of the Mappers dialogue box.
Make sure that you have the latest VirtualDJ LE from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html (The one on the install CD may not be the most recent.)
