Sujet: it wont play avi's properly

when i try to play avi's the video jerks even though the audio is fine . wmv work fine can anybody help ?

mine plays .avi just fine, whats the spec on your rig? what background software do you have running? which operating system? etc..

try converting one file you are having problems with to mpg and see if that works ok.
