whats happening all. Recently purchased a sony vaio VPCF13WFX and I have been having a very inconsistent issue, an issue I never had before on any other lappy. I have made a video and will post it soon so you can hear what im talking about, but for now Ill just ask the panel if they have this issue.
While playing a video or audio track, the audio will just slow down to half speed or less and will sound like its under water. The only way i have figured out how to solve this issue is - Config>Sound Setup>Apply Once I hit Apply all is well, but those 5 seconds it takes to solve the issue takes forever. Has anyone had this happen? Again, I cannot recreate this issue it just happens at various points, it does not make for a happy dance floor.

What controller / soundcard are you using and is it WDM or Asio drivers?
