Sujet connecting 2 pcs

hi i am connecting 2 pcs 1 apple using a usb and 1 laptop using rca but i can get to use both (sliding from 1 to the other)

I'm no pro but I'm pretty sure you slide from deck to deck. Not, pc to pc.
