lolol....Didnt mean to steal your thunder there Huey!!...=D ..I must have missed your earlier post on this rig....I agree it looks like a Mixtrack, but with Midi Fighters built into both sides....I believe I read that the mod used the midi fighter internals and looks like he custom did the external buttons.....Quite a nice kit tho!!!

Nice! how much you think its the mod on the Mixtrack cost?

I would of expected controllers like this to be on the market by now, I thought be 2011 it would of been wrapped up.

Instead they are still messing about with budget toys, look to the new Pioneer offering as an example.

The modded controller could do with style flippin, plain black with all the button labelled in white.

I don't know, but I don't like it!
I find it to damn big! Damn screen practically hides the DJ.
I find the lights around the buttons a bit of a distraction and look like they would confuse me. The lights should be used to make the buttons easy to see not hard to see. I think they should loose all the crazy lights around the control surface, they can keep them everywhere else just not around the control surface unless they are properly illuminating the buttons.

I do however like the concept, its just 2 big and flashy for my tastes.
I also like the amount of controls the surface has, you could never have enough controls!

As I mentioned above, I'd style flip it in black thus covering all those tacky lights.

Here it is in action,

It's pretty badass what you can do when you put your mind to it......

Enjoy
Huey

But I would get Rid off the Green lights on the Side of that "Station".makes it look like an Arcade Game....too many Lights!
