If I buy the $9.99 a month membership, is that automatically billed and can I cancel the membership?
Also, if I get the membership, will I have access to all the effect plugins, samples, and skins and be able to load them on to Virtual DJ Home?

You can cancel at any time and the only way to access the effect plugins, samples, and skins is by buying VDJ. Look at this graph to see which version best suits you,

you can cancel the membership anytime, but you don't have access to the plugins, just netsearch for finding and playing songs... you need to have a full registered version of pro, or broascaster to get plugins and skins
