I have had problems lately with netsearch when people request songs that we do not have in the database. It seems to be working fine and then without warning we can search for a song and netsearch does not work. VDJ says we are logged in and we can search the internet with good speed so there is a good connection. Please help. We are a high school band that DJS part time for extra money for the band. This is a non profit organiztion that can use your help. Thanks!!!!!

I have exactly the same problem. Without warning, Netsearch refuses to function when I need it. Basically the "Netsearch Looking For Songs" message flashes up real quick and then disappears, and gives me no results. This is despite a good connection and it having worked just moments before. I have tried resetting the laptop as well as the software and it seems to come back on randomly when it feels like it. This can be very embarrassing when trying to play requests...

This sounds like the problem we are having right now! We have a prom in 2 hours and really need to get this music.
