My main issue is I installed all the drivets and hardware and all of a sudden my laptop is saying the controller isnt connected to it. Any ideas on this plz ive tryed everything I could think of

You can start by verifying that the Rmx is indeed installed correctly:

If it is correctly seen by the system, then the problem might be with VDJ.
In either cases, I would suggest using the latest version of the driver (v2.87) for your controller

As well, you may also want to obtain the latest verison of VDJ (v5.2.2), available in the Download section of this web site (registration of your serial number is necessary).
