OK I HAD VDJ HOME EDITION ON MY REGULAR HOME PC BUT PRO ON MY LAPTOP. I SAVE VDJ7.04 UPLOAD ON MY EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE, SO I UPDATED MY HOME PC TO PRO....UT FIRST I DELETED THE HOME EDITION ON THE PC AND IT ASK ME IF IT WANT ME TO DELETE MY SETTING AND DATABASE AND I SAID YES...DAH. ANYWAY WHEN I FINISH AND OPEN VDJ AND LOOK INTO MY EXTERNAL HARDDRIVE ALL MY CUE COMMENT ETC ARE GONE...HOW I FIX THIS

you use the SAME external HD on PC and Laptop ?
If so, there was only ONE DATABSE which was located on the ROOT of the external HD.
I guess you un-installed HOME while the external HD was plug in and you said YES to delete the DATABASE.
If the XML file on the ROOT of the external HD is gone, the only way to fix it is:
1. You have a backup
2. Start all over (if no backup)

I downloaded the free version of virtualdj and it is really nice. Just wondering how to display only the music video. When i select a video ALL the things on the computer screen show up. How can I display ONLY the video. I have the box checked for video in the options.
