Hey peeps,
After years of doing mixes in my room, and posting them on the internet - I am being coaxed by my housemates and friends to start doing sets in pubs and clubs in the coming months - before then I am wanting to get a new controller - I've had the DJ Console MK2 for the last few years - and as much as it lets me do everything I want to do - I can't help but feel that it is time to upgrade and this feels like the best time to do it.
So what would people suggest would be a natural progression from the MK2?

If you want to stay with Hercules the RMX is the next most logical step.

The RMX is the next step, but it is a step. It is not the shit. What is your budget and does that play a major role? Try as many controllers as you can, so you can make an intelligent decision that you won't regret, in a week. It happens, a lot.

Reallistically I can give myself between £200 and £300 for the controller - tho am considering several offers of controllers from some people - haven't got my speakers yet neither tho am probably going to get the Numark active speakers which are about £100!
