Yesterday my new Mac Book Pro 2.3 GHZ, 8GB ram laptop was loading VDJ 7.05 and it said the database on my primary external drive was corrupt. No big deal, so I go to browser tab and fix, clean and clear the drive. What is happening now is that the database loads half way though and an error message pops up and says "drive is full." It locks up VDj and I have to force quit to relaunch the program. The odd thing is that the drive (1TB) has 60GB free space on it. I am wondering if this is my drives way of warning me that it is time to replace it. I have tried re-loading my back up database and I still have the same issue. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening or how to fix the problem? Is there an issue with my external drive or could this be a problem with VDJ not recognizing there is space available? I even tried moving some folders to my internal drive to free up more space and that didn't help. I also tried completely removing the database file from my docs in VDj and allowing it to creat a totally new database file; still no luck.

Sound like a bad EX-Drive,get a 2nd Ex-Drive copy the music and just the database on it only then open VDJ with it.

I was afraid of that, I will try that and report back if that solves the problem.
