Sujet: jog wheel hercules help

hey guys,

i got my hercules dj rm today i plugged it into my VDJ 7 and all effects work except the jog wheels?

they did with the lite vdj now with pro there is nothing...not even when i press the scratch button and it lights up nothing happens

what do i do?

it might be a problem with your mapper... register your pro serial and you will be able to get it again from the "download" section of the forum.
 
i don't have a serial number or anything but...don't i just need a code?
 
it should just need to say "jogwheel" in the action box of the mapper. to bring it up press "key learn" and move the jog... if that doesn't work id say it's the crack that broke the software to make it bypass the registration, there is only one way to fix that and it is to buy the software.

can i some how reset it and use the vdj lite?
