I used to simply plug an external USB headphones sound card, and use it with my MIDI controller with my phones jack as the out put. Now that I have timecodes set up using 2 sounds cards as well as the 1 that is built into the laptop. I am no longer open to choose to use a USB sound card as the headphones. Help? =(

Are you going to finally buy VDJ now that you have tested it (or register), as you seem to be getting everything else but the software? As for your problem you need to use your mixer for you headphones.

Sigh, so fed up and impatient. 4 sound cards is killing my computer. I'm just about giving up. -_-

Or you could take everything back to the store and trade it in on a single soundcard and do this the right way.......

Half of it was bought on the internet, if you ask me it was kinda worth it. I used my dads Sony Vaio and it worked pretty well. Can't get over how accurate it is on scratching + with headphones external card. I hooked most of it up through advanced configuration, best option as far as I'm concerned. =) Just gotta do something about the power my computers have, need a lot of processing power I guess. Having a DJ table build in my bedroom. HAAAAY! =)
+Thanks for most of your help mate.
