No, it is not currently natively supported and no user-made mappings have been uploaded yet to http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/controllers.html

However, there is a user-made mapper available for it from http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/13948/Novation_Twitch_4_Decks.html which you can download once you have purchased and registered the full VirtualDJ Professional: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
