Hi all. I recently purchased a DDM4000 as my next upgrade. So far I love it (even though it's a Behringer...). I want to use the mixer with VDJ as a substitute for the central "mixer" part of the VMS4 but still use the "jogwheel" part of the VMS4 until I upgrade and get two turntables like some denon S3700s. What would be the best way to do this? I use 3 decks pretty regularly. It doesn't seem like this should be very hard but it's stumping me since I can't just route audio from USB into the DDM4000 like I do with the VMS4. I think I'm going to have to buy a soundcard that has 4 out maybe? Thanks for the help!

Also, I can't get the DDM4000 to recognize and start mapping how I want to. I the midi hooked up right but I can't get it to map get recognized in VDJ or Ableton. It is recognized on the midi setup of OSX though which is somewhat confusing.

try switching the in and out on the MIDI cable (In to out and Out to in on the mixer), I remember this worked for me when I owned one.

This unit defaults ALL MIDI OFF, you need to enable them thru the setup.

thanks! I will try that. It was kind of a cheapo one and it said it works with OSX but a few reviews I read after I got it said they had trouble with Mac. Thanks again!
