Is it me, or has anyone noticed degrading sound quality when using some of the 99 decks?
I noticed when I play more than three decks at a time and enable say.. texzk reverb and filter on all three, i get nasty crackling and pops. The more decks I play with effects turned on for each deck, the worse it gets.
I am on a quad-core 3.2ghz gaming laptop stripped down for DJ'ing and a Echo audiofire sound card. Tried varios ASIO rates, nothing really helps.
Is this a VDJ sound engine limitation?
Also, I used the other decsk to launch samples sync'ed with the music (i run the Gates effect on them to simulate a sidechain, works great when the sound is clean!)

Tex's reverb is a is a cpu hungus, Look for a free vst plugin on the internet, there are many available, that will use less cpu

You may be right. Unfortunately, I haven't found a good free reverb that keeps reverbing even after I've stopped the track. All the vst plugins stop once the track stops.

it is impossible to do that, you need the track running to effect it, but tex's is the only one I have found with such a powerful wet/dry slider, but that is why it uses so much cpu I think..
