Is there a way to get some of my music to have same or close to the same sound quality

If you the mean volume/gain of the songs then a utility such as MP3Gain can help with this, although some songs will be intentionally louder/quieter than others, e.g: Pop song vs rock.
If you mean the quality of the audio itself, the only way to improve the quality is to purchase a higher quality version or rip it again from the original CD at a higher bitrate, e.g: 320Kbps for MP3.

or try mp3 gai n a free audio programme.i just set my default to 94db add folder annalyze tracks then add track gain.
