Hey everyone,
I'm having trouble with my external dj controller and I have Virtual DJ Broadcaster. Well when I plugged the usb into my laptop, it worked, then came a message on my monitor saying "External controller detected", but it then said, "You can only use this controller for 10 minutes". Is there any way I can have it unlimited so I can practice?

You cant use an external controller with the version you have you must buy the full PRO version, http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, been too busy. Can you buy the full PRO version at retail stores or is it just this website alone?

You can only buy it from this site. You can download it or have it sent to you. If you bought it from a store more then likely its a fake.

VirtualDJ Pro can only be bought on-line from http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
However, you should find Numark Cue in stores, which is a Numark branded version of VirtualDJ Pro.

Hi,
I bought an ion dj2go controller that comes with VDJ LE Lite, so I did purchase VDJ Pro Basic thinking I could use it with that, but I can't. If I want the full version, I have to pay another £163...That's insane and unfair...The controller was £50, and I spent £83 on VDJ Pro. I didn't mind that really as I like VDJ. But I do mind having to cough up for a third time.
Regards,
Skint! Lol

It clearly states in the product comparison that Pro basic doesn't support midi controllers. Please contact support by raising a ticket to discuss your options.

I just programed the idj3 today. If you have any issues post it ... I had to rewire it to start with the pro version then change its script.. I got it all working except the master volume in the way I want to have it work.
