Sujet Installing new sound card on my PC

I need to know if I add an additional sound card on a PCI slot on my motherboard will it help me using the headphones in Virtual DJ
For e.g. If I want to use Virtual DJ and I am mixing the tracks, will I be able to hear 1 track separately while the other is playing on the main output ?
