Sujet: VDJ Website Problem--hasn't been fixed in almost 5 days

Hello, I'm not sure what forum this would fit under, but I do believe it is an urgent problem. I tried to call the Sales representatives and let them know, but all lines have been busy, and when I left a message, I missed the return call, and the teller did not leave a call back number.
Under VDJ "Buy" tab that brings you to the option to buy the software, when you click on "Buy Now" or try to upgrade from an LE version, the store never loads or ends in error. I believe it says something like, "No shop information loaded" or something.

I wanted to upgrade from a LE version, but encountered this problem when i attempted it on Wednesday. It is now Saturday and the same problem keeps arising. I just want the staff to know about this problem.

It seems that you have not been notified about this problem. I care about the VDJ company. You guys make great products and usually have good service. I'm surprised to see this even happen to a company on such a professional level.

Please let me know if there are any developments. I would like to see what information is known. I've tried it from three different computers from two different internet providers. If it's a problem that is on my computer side, I'm sorry. Then please help me fix it. If it's a website update, Please in the future let your customers know.
