Sujet: Loading songs

I am brand new to this program and a novice to the dj world. When i use Net Search to find a song, it only loads about 30-45 seconds of the song. While the song is loading the duration will display the full length of the song (3-4 minutes), but once it's finished loading, it is only 30-45 seconds in length. I have changed my settings under the performance tab as suggested, but i'm still not able to load an entire song. Please help. Thanks :)

Did you sign in on VDJ as a registered member?
 
He does not have a license, so he cannot sign in as a registered user. He is a Premium member, so he is paying for netsearch. Are you logged in as a premium member?

That's what i was trying to ask ;)
I assumed you can only register a premium member account...
 
Yes, he can log into the premium member internet window, but does not have Registered User options.
